Austin Peterson, MNO: Program Director
Austin Peterson serves as Program Director for Work Well, where he oversees program strategy, operations and growth. He works closely with organizational partners, clinicians and leadership to strengthen service delivery, expand employer partnerships, and ensure high-quality, accessible support for employees and their families.
Austin earned a Master in Nonprofit Organization from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. He is committed to strengthening the nonprofit and behavioral health ecosystem across Northeast Ohio.

Holland Neifer, LPCC-S: Program Manager & Trainer
Holland serves as Program Manager and Trainer for Work Well to address the evolving employee development and wellness needs of customer organizations and the community at large. She obtained a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University. Since 2018, Holland has been part of the Work Well team meeting clinical, consultative, and training needs. Holland truly values working as an advocate for wellness with the employees and families we serve. During her free time, she enjoys the company of loved ones (especially her pets), Jazzercise, and cooking vegetarian delights

Jeffrey A. Lox, LISW-S, ACSW: President and CEO
Jeffrey Lox serves as President and CEO of the Wingspan Care Group. Prior to this appointment, Jeff was a member of the clinical team at Bellefaire JCB since 1998, serving as the Executive Director of Bellefaire JCB 2017-2024. He has worked with adolescents and their families for over 30 years as a clinician, a supervisor, an administrator and a trainer. A private practitioner for more than a decade providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and their families, Jeff has extensive clinical experience towards his life’s work of helping children and families. His areas of clinical interest include disruptive behavior disorders, juvenile offenders, reactive attachment disorder, child/adolescent developmental psychopathology and the residential treatment milieu. Most recently, Jeff was elected the Chair of the Council of Agency Directors (CAD), the association of Cuyahoga County behavioral health provider organizations.
Jeff holds a Master of Science in Social Service Administration (MSW equivalent) with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Miami University. In 2008, he received a Mental Health Executive Leadership Program Joint Certificate from Weatherhead School of Management and the Ohio Department of Mental Health. In addition, Jeff was admitted into the Cleveland Heights High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame in 2016 and is a graduate of Leadership Cleveland class of 2024. Jeff is also a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor (LISW-S), a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW), and a member of The National Association of Social Workers.
